Last week, I booked a trip to Las Vegas. That’s the good news. The bad news is that I have to wait more than 50 days to leave.

I’m not good with the patience.

This will be my third trip ever, and the second time I have gone solo. I wanted to do something special before I turned 40 so just went ahead and booked. A free flight and a cheap room made the decision pretty easy. Of course, I’d be up for some friends or something going, but I know I can have plenty of fun out there by myself.

Hopefully I have learned some lessons from my first two trips. I have a bunch of things I want to accomplish and will start compiling that list soon.

Maybe that will help the time go faster.
